The Waldoes never found the cannabis crop. They spent a long time driving around and smoking pot while looking for it, though. Now you know what 420 means!

It didn’t stop there. The rock band Grateful Dead moved to San Rafael, California. The band hung out with the Waldos and picked up 420 as slang for smoking marijuana.
