Manifesting can be defined as turning your dreams into reality using your dedication towards that ultimate goal. How so? With manifestation, you can bring something to life through deep belief and attraction.
In a nutshell, if you think of it and trust the process, it will happen, and it will come. Manifesting is also the practice of thinking affirmative thoughts to make them real.
Whether it be a quarantine trend or a practice popularized by self-help books, the practice of manifesting becomes trending. It started late March to mid-July when Google searches for the term were boosted to 669 percent.
Alongside the fame of other practices involving essential oils, tarot, crystals, and energy wavelengths, manifestation also gained quite the fame. All you need are your ultimate dreams and thinking about how it feels like if they successfully manifested.
One famous TikTok video says that by just coming across it, the video was already manifested. It also says everything that happens in your life is the result of your unconscious manifestation.
The “angel numbers” is also another belief associated with manifestation. Some of these numbers are 1111 and 444 that are sent from the universe.
Special sound frequencies are also another positive energy for manifesting specific goals, with 528 hertz being the love frequency.
How to start manifesting

Be clear on what you desire and want
The first step is to know exactly what you want. You are the only one who can take hold of it, whether it be a better job, a new partner, or a healthy relationship.
You have to own it. One secret is to set your intention specifically—the more concise, the better.
For example, instead of saying “I want a better job,” think of a more detailed description of what it’s like. Think of the job’s specific nature, salary, and work environment. You’ll know you manifested your dream job because it will happen just how you’ve pictured it.
Set your intention and write it down on paper
So you’re already set with the same dreams, hopes, and goals you want. Ask the universe for these. You can do so by meditating, praying, visualizing, and saying your intentions out loud.
You can also create a vision board or a future box. Your future box will contain all the pictures of things you want to manifest.
Another way is writing your intention on paper. Whenever you’re on TikTok, you might have stumbled upon the 369 methods. This is writing down what you desire in a specific order – 3 times in the morning, six times in the afternoon, and nine times at night for 33 or 45 days. Or you can do the simple way of writing a letter to the universe.
Create a plan and start working towards it
To manifest your dreams accordingly, you have to create a plan. This will also serve as your guideline for your manifesting process. When your plan is finalized, you’ll have to work on your goals to get you there.
Whatever plan you have come up with, you have to analyze all the factors to get to that goal step-by-step. Nothing great comes in handy, so working towards achieving your goal is doing your part of the deal with the universe.

- Avoid any resistance and let go of limiting beliefs.
By changing your mindset to positive thinking, you need to eliminate any limiting beliefs that may negatively affect your visualizations. Let go of fear, self-inhibitions, and negative self-talk. To further analyze what those limiting beliefs are, here’s what you can do:
- Answer the question, “What are the beliefs I have about that may inhibit my progress?”
- List down your answers.
- Cross out these limiting beliefs and replace them with positive affirmations.

Boost your vibration
