The challenge has caught the attention of celebrities such as Martin Nievera, KZ Tandingan, Colet and Sheena of P-pop group BINI, and Cassy Legaspi, who have all joined in on the fun and shared their own dance renditions.

Prior to the release, his music label Star Music teased the fans with concept photos and a sneak peek for the music video, featuring the “The Voice Kids Season 1” runner-up in both color and black and white versions.

At the start of the music video, the 21-year-old performer is seen under a red light, seemingly addressing his painful past as he dances his way to letting go.

“This is an anthem for those who have healed from past relationships in a toxic environment,” says the Fil-Canadian artist, who also wrote the song. “It’s about moving forward and experiencing a sense of release from all the negativity they endured in the past.”

Directed by Jonathan Tal Placido, known for directing SB19’s “Bazinga” and Juan Karlos’ “Araw,” the video shows Espanto’s prowess in both singing and dancing, with him busting moves throughout, all while incorporating an evocative imagery. The choreography was made by Josh Junio with contributions from his friend and fellow artist AC Bonifacio.

As the video unfolds, it blends visual storytelling with Espanto’s powerful vocals and expressive dance, creating a captivating narrative that resonates with audiences and showcases his artistic growth and versatility.
