In a recently resurfaced interview from 2013, a former One Direction member Harry Styles revealed his crush on Emily Ratajkowski, the famous model and actress.
The interview happened during the height of One Direction’s fame, and it’s clear that Styles had an eye for beautiful women even then.
Harry Styles, 29, was seen kissing his crush, Emily Ratajkowski, 31, in Tokyo over the weekend. Cameras captured it during a public event.
The incident indicates they are now romantically involved. Although this was their first public display of affection, the pair have a complicated past.
Following the recent make-out session between the two, a previously overlooked clip from an old interview with Harry Styles has surfaced.

In the interview, Styles and his bandmates were asked about their celebrity crushes, and Styles notably mentioned Emily Ratajkowski.
What Happened During the Interview?
During the interview, the interviewer asked Styles if there was any celebrity that he had his eye on. Without hesitation, Styles responded with Emily Ratajkowski’s name.
He even said that he had a crush on her and that she was “a very beautiful woman.” The interviewer then asked Styles if he had ever met Ratajkowski, to which Styles replied, “No, I haven’t, but I’d like to.”
It’s unclear whether the two ever crossed paths after the interview. But given their status as two of the most recognizable faces in the entertainment industry, they may have met at some point.

Following the widely viewed kiss between Harry Styles and EmRata, an undisclosed insider informed People that the two had been on amicable terms before the noteworthy incident.

The source said, “Harry and Emily enjoy getting familiar with each other.”
The source explained that Harry and Emily had not anticipated someone would record and share their kiss in Tokyo with the world. Still, they are being transparent about it and not concealing anything.
He disclosed that during Harry’s tour, he and Emily have been acquainting themselves with each other for a while. They have also spent some private time together this year and are merely relishing each other’s company whenever possible.
The source also mentioned that “Harry and Emily are acquainted” and revealed that Ratajkowski maintains a cordial relationship with Styles’ former partner, Olivia Wilde.
The former One Direction artist most recently dated actress Olivia Wilde, 39, before their November break-up.
Emily Ratajkowski’s Relationships
