8 Filipino chefs team up for a culinary event in Las Vegas

Las Vegas Filipino pop-up restaurant Istorya is hosting a culinary collaborative event called “Isang Kusina” featuring the crème de la crème of Filipino chefs in the US.
According to All Events in LA, the all-star lineup of chefs includes Jeepney’s Nicole Ponseca, Hiraya’s Paolo Dungca, Musang’s Melissa Miranda, Lasita’s Nico de Leon, Wildflour’s Phillip Esteban, Fine Company’s Roy Ellamar, Mano Modern’s Melvin Reyes, and Istorya’s Catherine Carlucci.

The exclusive event on Feb. 5 will take place at Fine Company in Downtown Summerlin, where a gastronomic journey into the heart of Filipino culture awaits.
On their Instagram post, the exclusive six-course prix fixe dinner will have two seatings, 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. The dinner is priced at $99 per person with an optional $49 add-on for beverage pairing.
“Isang Kusina” pays homage to Filipino culinary traditions, showcasing the imagination and collaborative spirit of bayanihan. And knowing Istorya, awarded as the Best Pop-Up Restaurant in the area, will surely serve dishes inspired by Filipino history.
