/ 08:45 AM April 04, 2023

This is not the first time Aaron Carter’s house has been for sale. Last year on November 5, 2022, the late singer listed his house in Lancaster, California, for sale at $779,900, as reported by People Magazine.

About a month before he was found dead in that apartment, Aaron shared a photo of the seven-bedroom apartment’s listing on Twitter.

He also expressed how happy he was in real estate as he tweeted, “Selling my 2nd home. Real estate has been super good to me.

Ready for a new chapter in my 3rd home which I plan on staying to make a beautiful life for my family,” wrote Carter. “This year has been super tough, but I’ve learned so much. Thanks for the support, everyone.”

Just recently, TMZ, through Listing agent Christie M. Limpus of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, has revealed that the former popstar’s 4,131 square foot house in Lancaster, CA is back on the market. The price this time is a little under $850,000.

It was the time the singer released his first album, “Aaron Carter,” in 1997. His music was a mix of pop and hip-hop, and he quickly became a sensation among young audiences.

He had a successful music career in the late 90s and early 2000s. He released several hit songs, including “I Want Candy,” “That’s How I Beat Shaq,” and “Aaron’s Party (Come Get It).”

Aaron Carter’s California Home

In 2019, the singer bought his first house in California for $430K and did not hesitate to express his excitement on social media. The house had 3 bedrooms, 3 bath pads, a backyard pool, and a 3-car garage when he purchased it.

He had some renovations done on the house as he added some extra bedrooms and the pool is way bigger than when he bought the property.

TMZ has done well to inform potential buyers that the bathroom where the singer died is being fully remodeled. Potential buyers are still checking out the property as renovations are ongoing. Christie says about 5 of them have done a full tour of the house since it was on the market for relisting.

Following Aaron Carter’s passing, he left a one-year-old son named Prince behind. The proceeds from the sale of the house will be placed into a trust fund for Prince and Aaron’s estate.

The sale of Aaron Carter’s former residence is a bittersweet reminder of the pop star’s tragic end. As the property changes hands, it is a chance to reflect on Aaron Carter’s impact on the entertainment industry and the countless fans who admired his music.
