Elon Musk and Grimes Welcome Second Baby and It’s a Girl!
Currently under no circumstances to tell it out to the world, Grimes accidentally reveals a second “secret” baby with Elon Musk. In December, Grimes and Elon Musk had their second baby via surrogate. Grimes made the accidental revelation in a Vanity Fair interview on Thursday. The new addition to their family is a girl. With the most unique name you’ll ever encounter, Exa Dark Sideræl Musk. They call her “Y” for short.
While Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s name has always been on top of trending news lately, this breaking news will surely hit it through. Their firstborn X Æ A-XII birth was publicly documented. Back then, their first child and the unique name has always been abuzz in news topics.
When Grimes unintentionally laid out the news of their second child, it was a huge surprise. The new baby happened to cry as Grimes welcomes a reporter from Vanity Fair for an interview. Vanity Fair correspondent Devin Gordon said he heard something “vaguely like a lone cry from an infant upstairs.” This came as a surprise because Grimes had already told Gordon that Baby X was with Elon Musk at that moment.

The Big Revelation
The revelation at Grimes’ residence in Austin, Texas is a shock. The cries continued and Gordon can tell Grimes was taken aback too. “I can tell by the frozen look on my host’s face that she heard it too. So I brace myself to ask the strangest question of my career: Do you have another baby in your life, Grimes? Her body clenches and she looks away.”
Grimes answered, “I’m not at liberty to speak on these things. Whatever is going on with family stuff, I just feel like kids need to stay out of it, and X is just out there. I mean, I think E is seeing him as a protege and bringing him to everything and stuff. X is out there. His situation is like that. But yeah, I don’t know.”

The truth was already out there. With a laugh, while covering her face, Grimes added. “She’s a little colicky too. I don’t know. I don’t know what I was thinking.”
According to the Vanity Fair report, their daughter’s full name comes from different references. “Exa” means “the supercomputing term exaFLOPS.” It is the ability to perform 1 quintillion floating-point operations per second. While “Dark” refers to the unknown. Grime said, “People fear it but truly it’s the absence of photons. Dark matter is the beautiful mystery of our universe.”
Elon Musk and Grimes Relationship
Sidereal which is pronounced as “sigh-deer-ee-el” is a “more elven” spelling of sidereal. Grimes told Vanity Fair, “the true time of the universe, star time, deep space-time, not our relative earth time.” It is also derived from the singer’s favorite Lord of the Rings character, Galadriel.
After babbling, the singer then confessed that the new baby was born in December thru a surrogate. She also confirmed that their family of four is now residing in Austin. It is where most of the business ventures of Elon Musk are situated.

This might be a little confusing for some. Back in September, Elon Musk told a New York Post interview that they are “semi-separated but still love each other.” They still see each other and are even on great terms. Elon Musk also confirmed that they are still co-parenting their 1-year-old firstborn son, X Æ A-XII.
