Jeff Bezos jokingly threatens DiCaprio after girlfriend swoons over actor
Jeff Bezos playfully teased Titanic legendary actor Leonardo DiCaprio on Monday. Bezos tweeted a joke “threat” after a video circulated of his girlfriend Lauren Sanchez giving DiCaprio a star-struck glimpse at a party.
While this happened at the LACMA Art+Film Gala on Saturday, the Amazon CEO playfully responded to the viral video viewed over 12 million times.
Sanchez wrote on Instagram, “Beautiful evening last night,” complimenting the “amazing” hosts DiCaprio and Eva Chow. “An amazing event that will benefit important museum initiatives for the years to come.”
In the viral video clip, Sanchez gives off a huge smile while talking closely with DiCaprio. Leonardo DiCaprio has been co-chairing the said event for 10 consecutive years. While Jeff Bezos stood quietly by Sanchez’s side, the billionaire had a bunch to say on Twitter.

Bezos wrote on Monday, “Leo, come over here, I want to show you something…” This comes with an image of Bezos leaning on a sign that says “DANGER! STEEP CLIFF FATAL DROP.”
Since 2017, DiCaprio, 46, has been dating actress and model Camila Morrone, 24. Morrone was also present at the party on Saturday.
Lauren Sanchez, a former television reporter hit it off with Bezos over an exchange of racy text messages that the National Enquirer even published.
Bezos’s relationship milestones
While Bezos and Sanchez had revealed their relationship in January 2019. This is following Bezos’s divorce from his wife of 25 years, Mackenzie Scott. Moreover, Bezos’ divorce was cleared in October 2019.

As Bezos and Mackenzie finalize their divorce, she holds 25% of Amazon’s stake. Its estimated worth is $35 billion.
In the same month, Sanchez also filed for divorce from then-husband talent agent Patrick Whitesell. However, their divorce was finalized in October 2019.
