Kelly Clarkson divorce details and updates
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Kelly Clarkson, 39, has been ordered to pay $150,000 per month in spousal support and an additional $45,000 per month in child support while she and Blackstock, 44, hash out the terms of their bitter divorce. Blackstock then handles the payments for the ranch the couple owns in Montana.
Clarkson’s divorce proceedings from Brandon Blackstock began in June 2020, when she filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences” in the documents. Kelly and Brandon’s experience in quarantine together possibly changed their perspectives on life.
Despite the fact that Clarkson – now a hugely successful daytime talk show host – earns around $1.5 million per month compared to Blackstock’s $10,000, the judge presiding over the case insisted that because Blackstock will be using the ranch as his primary residence, he is accountable for the estimated $81,000 per month it costs to run the property, which includes mortgage, taxes, and in-house maintenance.
During court proceedings, Blackstock, an industry music manager, stated his intention to leave the entertainment sector entirely to become a full-time rancher.

Clarkson will also cover 70 percent of their children’s private school tuition and any related expenditures for the time being, according to the site.
After nearly seven years of marriage, the performer filed for divorce on June 4, 2020, alleging “irreconcilable issues.” River Rose, 7, and Remington Alexander, 5, are their two young children.
