/ 12:05 AM July 03, 2019

HONOLULU Magnolia Ice Cream and Treats, the well-known artisanal, handmade halo-halo place, on July 13 and 14, will relaunch its new halo-halo flavors and new and improved services in stores located in Kapalama Shopping Center and Ka Makana Ali’i Shopping Center

The family friendly event will offer many delicious flavors such as ube, mango, and much more to build custom made halo-halo treats or milkshakes.

Mahalo-halo treats are fun-size yet just as delicious and easier to go around with. The first 25 people on Saturday will get the Magnolia Sliders and the first 25 people on Sunday will get the Ohana Banana, courtesy of Magnolia Ice Cream and Treats. So, Magnolia is encouraging people to come as early as they can.

“Magnolia Ice Cream and Treats may not have the most traditional halo-halo, but is anyone going to say no to the addition of puffed crispy rice?” states an article in Honolulu Magazine, calling the concoction the best Halo-Halo. “Our favorite cup, the Mahalo-halo, includes ube ice cream, shave ice, colorful cubes of jelly, jack fruit, azuki beans, condensed milk, banana, and coconut in different forms for a summertime sweet.”

To make the event even more of a celebration, Magnolia will be having a very special guest. Hawai’i’s very own FynestChina, a social media influencer who is well known for his comedic skits and videos. FynestChina will be doing a special meet and greet at the event/s.

Along with the meet and greet, radio station KDNN Island 98.5 will be providing enjoyable music and handing out some cool giveaways for all those who will be around.
