Season 2 of “Nine Perfect Strangers” brings a fresh wave of drama, suspense and personal discovery. 

In a recent update, the Filipina actress shared her excitement and revealed more details about her character and the premise of the show. 

She stars as Agnes, a former nun, alongside a star-studded ensemble that includes Nicole Kidman, Henry Golding, Lena Olin, Annie Murphy, Christine Baranski and King Princess.

On Instagram, Dolly posted the official trailer for the upcoming season, giving her followers a sneak peek into the gripping new chapter. She captioned the teaser: “Every memory has a price. Season 2 of #NinePerfectStrangers premieres May 21 on @hulu and with #HuluOnDisneyPlus.” 

She also shared a poster, adding, “Retreat from reality. Season 2 of #NinePerfectStrangers premieres May 21.”

The trailer hints at the psychological unraveling that the nine strangers will face as they come together “under bizarre circumstances for a healing retreat.” 

The characters, led by Kidman’s Masha Dmitrichenko, a mysterious retreat guru, are taken on a harrowing journey of self-discovery. 

As the group delves deeper into their inner struggles, tensions rise and secrets emerge. The intense transformation over the course of their week-long retreat leaves the question: “Will they all survive this healing process?”

Industry peers have already shown their support for De Leon’s latest achievement.

Broadway star Lea Salonga posted an enthusiastic “MADAAAAAAAME!!!!!” in response to the trailer.

Hulu has released a set of first-look photos, teasing the new season. In one image, De Leon is seen bundled in winter gear, standing in the snow alongside fellow cast members King Princess and Annie Murphy.
