Fresh from the final leg of their first-ever US tour, K-pop boy group Treasure concluded their American journey with a string of landmark appearances, including their latest MTV performance.

Among the standout moments of their US tour was their guesting on MTV’s Fresh Out Live in New York City. Taking center stage in Times Square, the 10-member group lit up the iconic music channel with their performance of their latest comeback track, “Yellow.”

MTV took to Instagram to share their moment with fans, writing, “A memory to treasure forever: a Times Square performance of ‘Yellow’ by @yg_treasure_official.”

Their energy and charm didn’t go unnoticed. In the YouTube description, MTV gushed, “TREASURE painted the stage (and our hearts) bright ‘YELLOW’ with this performance! Get ready to smile non-stop—Teume, this one’s for you.”

Fans, known as Teumes, were quick to celebrate the milestone, flooding the comments with praise and admiration.

One user commented, “Being a multi Stan I’ve watched a hell lot of K-pop groups perform in the US shows and I must proclaim that this is the first group I’ve heard actually singing live where you can hear their voices loud and clear despite the backtrack and their adlibs damn … it erases the feeling of being too staged and just oozes stage presence.”

The MTV spotlight was just one of several key moments on Treasure’s US tour. Just days later, the group achieved another major feat – becoming the first boy group under YG Entertainment to perform at the Grammy Museum’s Global Spin Live on April 14.

Their labelmates, Babymonster, had performed there just a month prior, making Treasure’s appearance a proud continuation of YG’s growing global presence.

To cap off their stateside run, Treasure joined Korean Heritage Night at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, where they immersed themselves in the local culture – donning Dodgers jerseys, browsing merchandise and even sharing a warm moment with Korean American MLB player Tommy Edman.
