Under the golden haze of the California desert, Coachella 2025 roared to life with its signature pulsing music, fashion-forward crowds and surprise celebrity sightings.

The annual festival, held in Indio, once again served as the epicenter of global pop culture – and this year, it delivered an extra treat: a mini “White Lotus” reunion and a groundbreaking moment in K-pop history.

Just five days after the finale of “The White Lotus” Season 3, cast member Patrick Schwarzenegger was spotted soaking in the vibes on day one of the Southern California spectacle. He cheered on none other than his co-star, Blackpink’s Lisa.

“Excuse my dancing, I had a cocktail,” Schwarzenegger wrote in an Instagram Story clip of himself grooving to Lisa’s hit track “Money.” Clearly impressed, he added, “@lalalalisa_m CRUSHED it.” His candid reaction captured the electric energy of the crowd and the camaraderie that’s grown between the K-pop superstar and her castmate.

Already a Coachella veteran, the Thai superstar made history with this appearance as she became the first K-pop act to perform at the festival three times.

Following group performances with Blackpink in 2019 and 2023, her 55-minute solo set on Friday showcased 13 songs.

The Blackpink spotlight didn’t stop there. Member Jennie also made her solo Coachella debut, igniting the stage with her performance of “like jennie.” Cheering her on from the sidelines were fellow bandmates Lisa and Rosé, dancing and smiling in full support.

Meanwhile, Lisa’s appearance at Coachella followed a breakout moment in her expanding career. Speaking of “White Lotus,” it marked her first on-screen role outside of music videos and performance stages.

Reflecting on her journey, Lisa wrote on Instagram, “What a ride. Thank you Mike White for trusting in me to fulfill the role of Mook and bring her character to life. It was the greatest honor to be part of this show as my first acting gig alongside such incredible actors.”
