A Filipino hairdresser in Toronto has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting two young men who went to his salon for a haircut.

Toronto police said in a press release that a “male youth victim” accused Rolando Sese, owner of “Miss Agot” hair salon near Bathurst Street and Wilson Avenue, of sexually assaulting him when he went to the salon for a haircut on March 7.

Police officers arrested the 60-year-old hairdresser on March 8 and charged him with sexual assault. Sese appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice on March 9.

Subsequent investigations revealed additional allegations.

Police said that between January 2023 and January 2025, “another male youth” had been sexually assaulted when he visited the salon for a haircut on “multiple occasions.”

As a result, the Toronto Police arrested Sese again on March 14 and charged him with sexual assault and sexual interference.

Investigators said Sese has worked as a hairdresser throughout Toronto for many years and that they believe there may be more victims.

Sexual assault covers any form of unwanted sexual contact, including grabbing, kissing, oral sex and penetration, according to the press release.
