LOS ANGELES – Funeral services were pending Thursday for actress Pamela Bach, ex-wife of “Baywatch” star David Hasselhoff.
Bach, also known as Pamela Hasselhoff, died by suicide Wednesday at her Los Angeles-area home, according to Los Angeles County Medical Examiner records. The cause of death was listed as a gunshot wound to the head. She was 62.
Bach appeared in numerous television shows over the years, beginning with “The Young and the Restless” in the 1970s. She met Hasselhoff during a 1985 appearance on his show “Knight Rider.” The couple were married in 1989 and had two daughters.
They divorced in 2006.

Bach and Hasselhoff had two daughters, Taylor and Hayley. The former couple had a contentious split, with Bach accusing him of domestic abuse.
A video of Hasselhoff drunkenly eating a burger led to him temporarily losing visitation privileges with his daughters, but they were restored after two weeks. The actor acknowledged the video, shot by one of his daughters, showed him during an alcohol relapse but he denied abuse allegations at the time.
