Fil-Am actor steals spotlight in Blackpink Rosé’s music video

There’s a new heartthrob in town, and he is giving us all the feels as Blackpink Rosé’s cute love interest in her latest music video for “Toxic Till the End.”

He is Evan Mock, a Filipino American model, actor and skateboarder extraordinaire. Fans were already swooning over Rosé’s performance, new song and new music video, but when Evan entered the frame, sparks flew—literally and figuratively.

The hype began after photos surfaced of Evan and Rosé spending time together in New York City, fueling rumors of a “low-key date night.” But it wasn’t just their public outing that had fans talking—a kissing scene in the music video, featuring the pair sitting close by a fire, left viewers swooning. 

Rosé’s Instagram caption, “Call us what we are,” only added fuel to the fire. Cue the collective gasp!

But who is this pink-haired charmer? Hailing from Waimea Bay in Hawaii, Evan first turned heads when a skateboarding video of his, shared by none other than Frank Ocean, went viral.

Since then, he’s been the ultimate multitasker—modeling for Louis Vuitton, starring in HBO Max’s Gossip Girl reboot and even founding his own clothing line, “Sorry in Advance,” which draws inspiration from his Hawaiian roots and skateboarding culture.
