Rumored couple Kyline Alcantara, Kobe Paras rock New York Fashion Week show

Keeping a low profile yet showing unwavering support, Filipina actress Kyline Alcantara’s rumored boyfriend, Kobe Paras, was spotted capturing some moments at her New York Fashion Week debut.
Both the Kapuso star and the basketball player walked the runway for renowned Filipino designer Chris Nick, who unveiled his Spring/Summer 2025 collection during the night on Sept. 7.
But in a video circulating online, Paras was also seen capturing moments of Alcantara on his phone as she graced the catwalk. Fans took to social media to comment on the interaction, with one netizen writing, “Talagang very proud at supportive boyfriend si Kobe. Love it sana hindi ka magbago.”
Prior to the fashion show, Alcantara celebrated her 22nd birthday in New York, sharing photos from her special day with the caption, “how I celebrated my birthday…” Fans and friends flooded the comments with birthday wishes.
Moreover, she further celebrated her day by watching the Broadway musical “Wicked” with Paras and her mother, Rowena. Reportedly, it was Paras’ first time watching a Broadway show and he enjoyed watching the event.
Alcantara wasn’t the only Filipino talent at New York Fashion Week. Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee and Miss Universe 2021 R’Bonney Gabriel also made headlines as they walked for designers Nick and Chynna Mamawal.
On Sept. 7, Mamawal debuted her Spring/Summer 2025 collection, showcasing 20 stunning pieces. Gabriel modeled for Mamawal following her recent showcase of her Philippine collection, “How to Survive on Land and Sea,” at Bench Fashion Week in Bonifacio Global City.
Sharing her excitement on Instagram, Gabriel revealed she “brought the shells all the way from Manila for day 1 of NYFW.”
Alcantara and Paras first sparked dating rumors in May when fans noticed their shared posts from the same restaurant, posted at nearly the same time. While the two have kept quiet about the status of their relationship, their latest appearance together only adds to the growing buzz.
