OPM icons Dingdong Avanzado, Jessa Zaragoza to perform in Winnipeg
OPM icons Dingdong Avanzado, Jessa Zaragoza and their daughter, rising star Jayda, are gearing up to serenade Winnipeg this September.
The musical extravaganza, titled “Sa Aking Puso Concert,” features the Avanzados singing their greatest hits – such as “Tatlong Beinte Singko,” “Bakit Pa?” and “Paano Kung Naging Tayo?” – and promises an unforgettable evening of soulful melodies and performances.
Presented by EventsatWork Marketing Group Ltd. and Manitoba Filipino Street Festival, the concert will be happening on Sept. 22 at the Centennial Concert Hall with doors opening at 5 p.m. for a concert starting at 6 p.m. Joining them on stage is The Voice of the Philippines Season 2 semi-finalist, Tim Pavino.

Pavino shared the event poster on his social media, extending gratitude to being part of the show. He wrote, “Truly a moment to remember “SA AKING PUSO”!” The “Pano Mo Nasabi” singer expressed that he was “blessed to join.”
In anticipation of the event, EventsatWork also recently shared the concert poster on Instagram with the caption, “Are you ready to fall in love with The Avanzados this September?! Come and join us for a night full of good music and amazing performances!”
Tickets for the “Sa Aking Puso” concert are now available for purchase. Prices are as follows: SVIP tickets are priced at $158, offering fans a priority photo opportunity with the artists. VIP tickets, priced at $128, include a second priority for the photo opportunity. Premium tickets are available for $98, offering reserved seating on succeeding rows at the orchestra level.

Aside from their North American tour, Dingdong is also busy doing shows in the Philippines. Alongside his daughter, Jayda, and wife, Jessa, as special guests, he will stage “The Original Prince of Pop” concert happening on July 19 at the Theatre at Solaire.
