Opportunity knocks for aspiring young talents to shine on the international stage and potentially become the next rising star in the world of cinema.

The international scene has likely seen a plethora of Filipino child actors gracing screens. Recently, Filipino American child actor Miguel Gabriel embarked on his first lead role in Hollywood, starring in Jay Silverman’s “Camera.”

Building on this momentum, Quantum Films, a known production company that had iconic Filipino movies like “Here Comes the Groom” and “About Us Not About Us” among others, is on the lookout for fresh child actors to grace the silver screen.

The search is on for a new face, embodying Filipino ethnicity, who will be catapulted into the limelight with a co-leading role alongside an Oscar best actor winner (not yet specified).

The upcoming international film, set to be shot in Europe and the Philippines, promises an unparalleled opportunity for the chosen child actor to showcase their talent on a global platform.

According to Quantum Films’ Facebook post, the ideal candidate must be open to international travel. While the selected child may be older, they must convincingly portray a four-year-old character.

The filming schedule is between October and November 2024 in Europe, with subsequent shoots planned across various locations in the Philippines from January to March 2025.
