Fil-Am J.Rey Soul drops new party anthem with will.i.am, DJ Youcef

American rapper, record producer, and Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am, alongside Filipino American singer J.Rey Soul and DJ Youcef, have unleashed a new party anthem with their latest track, “It’s Saturday.”
The lyrics, pulsating with energy, echo the sentiment of a vibrant Saturday night where the party is just heating up, with the lyrics “Saturday night and the party’s getting hot.”
Prior to the official release, J.Rey Soul gave fans a taste of the unreleased track during her performance in Paris alongside the Black Eyed Peas, captivating an audience of approximately 40,000 attendees.
Expressing her gratitude, the Laguna native songstress took to social media, declaring her love for Paris and thanking the massive crowd for an unforgettable night.

In her caption posted on April 22, the Fil-Am artist wrote “Paris! You hold a special place in my heart. Jet’ aime! Merci Beaucoup 40,000 of you!! What a night,” accompanied by three heart emojis.
The collaborative single, produced by will.i.am himself and co-directed by him and Master Sterling, made its much-anticipated debut last week, accompanied by a dance-worthy music video on YouTube.
Also known as Jessica Reynoso, a former The Voice of the Philippines artist under Apl.de.ap’s team, J.Rey Soul took to social media again, inviting her followers to share their thoughts on the new song, where one user remarked that the track evoked nostalgic 90s vibes.
