Anthony Jennings chosen as PH character rep in film ‘Boy Kills World’
Filipino actor Anthony Jennings has been riding high since last year, captivating audiences with his portrayal of “Snoop Manansala” in the ABS-CBN and Netflix hit-series “Can’t Buy Me Love,” where he starred opposite Maris Racal as “Irene Tiu.”
His off-the-cuff comedic banter has won him a massive following, making him even more relatable to casual viewers of the show. Now, “Snoop” is stepping into a new realm, not just as Donny Pangilinan’s sidekick and best friend, but as a lead action star in his own right.
Jennings has now been named the Philippine character representative for the international action-packed film “Boy Kills World.”
Expressing his elation at being chosen for the ambassadorial role, Jennings, whose fervor for action-packed narratives has fueled his journey in the entertainment industry, shared his excitement in an Instagram video from Nathan Studios Inc.

The announcement was met with a flurry of anticipation as the “Can’t Buy Me Love” star, donning a costume reminiscent of the titular character from “Boy Kills World,” took to social media platforms with zeal, promoting the film with action-packed poses and infectious enthusiasm.
Directed by Moritz Mohr, “Boy Kills World” promises a gripping narrative centered around the character Boy, portrayed by Hollywood star Bill Skarsgård.
