Charlie Sheen attacked by his neighbor in his Malibu home
MALIBU – A woman was arrested for allegedly attacking actor Charlie Sheen at his Malibu home, authorities said today.
Deputies went to the 6600 block of Cavalleri Road about 1 p.m. Wednesday on a “battery/disturbance call,” according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
“Upon contacting the parties involved, deputies identified Charlie Sheen as a victim of assault,” a sheriff’s department statement said.
“The suspect, Electra Schrock, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, force likely to create great bodily injury … and residential burglary.”
Schrock, 47, was expected to appear in court on Friday.
According to TMZ.com, Schrock is one of Sheen’s neighbors, and she “forced her way into his home and attacked him when he opened the door after hearing a knock.”
“We’re told she ripped Charlie’s shirt and attempted to strangle him… and then went back to her own house,” TMZ reported.
“Our sources say paramedics came to the scene … but Charlie was not transported to the hospital.
We’re told Charlie doesn’t understand what prompted the incident but this apparently isn’t his first issue with her … he told deputies he believes the same woman squirted some type of sticky liquid on his car recently.
“A source close to Charlie adds to TMZ that he spoke to the woman after the car incident … and their conversation was something to the effect of letting bygones be bygones.
They also tell us the woman dumped trash in front of Charlie’s door a day before the attack. Charlie is the one who called 911,” TMZ reported.
“The woman was eventually arrested at her home … and booked for assault with a deadly weapon and burglary for allegedly forcing her way into the home and attacking him,” TMZ reported. (CNS)
