‘A Very Good Girl’ crosses P100 million mark in 2 weeks

Film director Petersen Vargas also took to social media to celebrate the momentous achievement, sharing his appreciation for the dedicated team that brought the story to life as well as the unwavering support from Star Cinema, lead actress Kathryn Bernardo, and producer Dolly De Leon.
“100,000,000 THANK YOUs — I wanna hug everyone who came to see #AVeryGoodGirl in the cinemas,” he wrote. The film’s success not only highlights its compelling storytelling but also underscores the power of the Filipino audience in championing local cinema.

“A Very Good Girl” has graced screens in over 250 Philippine theaters, captivating audiences with its plot and actors’ performances. Beyond local shores, the film’s global presence has also been solidified, with screenings even in the United States after its Hollywood premiere on Oct. 4.
