Miss Universe enlists Fil-Am beauty expert for diverse and inclusive skincare line
Since we’re not yet screaming and waving our flags for the Philippines’ Miss Universe candidate in El Salvador this November we’ll be cheering for this Filipino-American skincare brand expected to “dominate” the pageant in 2023.
Say hello to Miss Universe 7C+, a collaboration between Filipino-American beauty powerhouse Olivia Quido and entrepreneur Raul Rocha that’s sure to set the universe aglow.
Famously known as “Ms.O,” Quido is the founder of O Skin Med Spa in Cerritos, California. Her journey started in 2003 as an esthetician using a leased spare room at a beauty salon in Artesia, California.
Now, her brainchild O Skincare will beautify the queens of Miss Universe 2023. Loving nature and everything natural, Miss Universe 7C+ is a collection of skin treasures aimed at addressing diverse and multicultural beauty needs.
The 7C+ line features ingredients from seven continents (that much is obvious) that include Asian tea olive, Africa’s baobab extract, North America’s Aphanizomenon-Flos-Aquae (AFA), South America’s acai fruit extract, Antarctica’s lichen extract, Europe’s snow algae, and Australia’s eucalyptus extract.
