NY charity’s ‘Many Faces of Jose Rizal’ exhibit on view at Museo ng Makati

New York-based nonprofit Eagle Eye Charities’ the “Many Faces of Rizal: A Portrait Exhibition” at the landmark Museo ng Makati features winners and selected entries of the 2022 Jose Rizal National Portraiture Competition.

The exhibit is co-sponsored by the City of Makati Cultural Affairs office on the occasion of Jose Rizal’s 162nd birth anniversary.

The Portrait artists whose works are exhibited include a mural collaboration by EEC Founder Carol Tanjutco, competition winners Evan Respeto, Artemio Anga, Jonathan Abellana, Garry Allen Watin, John Paul Abejar,  Junevy Llosa and Cris Bobier. Other works of finalists include Jepoy Almario, Maria Francesca Juarez, Junar Villena, Fernando Regencia, Pauline Perez, Matthius Garcia, Ismael Esber, Roderick Macutay, Jessa Dulay, Richelle Rivera, Reynan Dingal, Randy Plarisan and Michael John Hilario.

The exhibition at Museo ng Makati in Poblacion is open to the public for free from Tuesdays to Sundays, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A closing celebration will be highlighted by sketching with the artists slated on July 31, at 3:00 p.m..
