Palmer shared news about her upcoming baby in December 2022 after numerous online followers suspected she was expected.
The Nope star quoted a few of the statements from the 30 Rockefeller Plaza Studio in New York City.
“People have been in my comments saying, ‘Keke’s having a baby,’ ‘Keke’s pregnant,’ and I want to set the record straight: I am.”
She undid an oversized trench coat to reveal a crop top and a baby bump, rousing a round of cheers and applause.
Palmer joked, “[it’s] bad when people spread rumors about you on the internet… but it’s even worse when they’re correct.”
Afterward, the female star continued to show her baby bump on red carpets, TikTok dances, and photoshoots with David LaChapelle.
Moreover, she discussed the potential zodiac sign and gender of her kid on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” on January 24.
“So, my baby is either going to be a Pisces or an Aries. I’m not sure exactly,” Palmer said. “Pieces are known to be very deep. They’re emotional creatures.”
“So I just want to make sure I’m not too blunt for my baby boy,” she added. Palmer continued, “Sometimes I can be a little too ‘tell it like it is.’”
“I need to ‘wade in the water’ with a Pisces,” the actress remarked. On Monday, the Emmy Award winner revealed her kid’s name in an Instagram post: Leodis “Leo” Andrellton.
The IG post featured a slideshow displaying what she, Leo, and Darius Jackson looked like “only 48 hrs of being parents!”
Also, it has a video of Keke Palmer singing El Debarge’s “Someone” to Jackson in the car. It was one of their favorite songs when they started dating.
Palmer proclaimed, “We became each other’s someone and made a someone. Look at God!”
