Pop-up Merkado Kultura in SF to offer artisanal PH products
A Filipino makers’ market, Merkado Kultura, will take place Oct.14-16 in celebration of Filipino American History Month, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Kalayaan Hall, Ground Floor, Philippine Center, 447 Sutter Street in San Francisco.
Merkado Kultura is a pop-up market featuring handcrafted, artisanal, and sustainably made pieces from Filipino and Filipino American business owners.
The market is curated by Lu France Interiors of San Diego, California, and organized by the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco, the Philippine Trade and Investment Center in Silicon Valley, the Department of Tourism Office in San Francisco and Dynamico Space, in partnership with Shipit and 1Export from the Philippines.
