New York based nonprofit Eagle Eye Charities Inc., in cooperation with Tagline 360 media, is offering art organizations a chance to reach artists in the Philippines to give them an opportunity to be featured in a New York gala and exhibition.

Artists competing in the Jose Rizal National Portraiture contest will be invited to become members of the nonprofit, which will be launched in the Philippines, with a mission focused on arts, culture and humanities.

Top Three winners will receive official invitations for United States visa processing, round-trip tickets to New York City and paid accommodations.

First Place gets $1,000, Second Place gets $750 and Third Place gets $500. Winning entries will be owned by Eagle Eye Charities for exhibition at government and cultural offices based in USA.
