Unfortunately, many young people are a little flaky, making them show up late to meetings or arrive unprepared,” explained Petkov. Set your alarm a little earlier to make sure you’re always on time.
Creativity
There are lots of ways to be creative in the workplace, and all of them can bring a great deal of value. This skill is often undervalued, but without creative thinking, your business won’t stand out. This can include imagination, divergent thinking, innovation, insight, and design. “If you’re a creative person, consider creating your own brand in case you have a great idea. It’s hard to teach creativity, and people who are intrinsically creative can get a lot done,” said Koko Petkov.
