  • 1 pound pork belly
  • 2 TBSP sesame oil
  • 1 to 2 TBSP honey
  • 2 TBSP brown sugar
  • 1 TBSP soy sauce
  • 2 TBSP teriyaki sauce

  • 1/2 tsp lemongrass

  • One tablespoon sesame oil

  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • One tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Four stalks green onion, chopped

  1. Put all ingredients except sesame seeds, onions, and pork belly in a large bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Add pork belly pieces and marinate the pork. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
