The renowned American jewelry house is adding to its collection of surprising “Everyday Objects” with new creations including a sterling silver ball of yarn, a first aid box and a tin can.
After stylish trinket boxes, hefty paperweights and dazzling diamond rings, the prestigious American jewelry house Tiffany is intent on making the ordinary extraordinary with its “Everyday Objects” range, which is expanding for Holiday 2017. The line already includes a magnifying glass, salt and pepper shakers, and a lighter, all made from solid sterling silver.
The “Everyday Objects” range turns practical, day-to-day items into hand-crafted works of art. Tiffany draws inspiration from the all corners of the everyday, from the office to the kitchen cupboard. New items include a sterling silver tin can, selling for no less than $1,000, as well as three crazy drinking straws (in silver, gold vermeil and rose gold vermeil) priced $250 to $350, perfect for the party season.
Plus, what cup of joe wouldn’t be more palatable when sipped from a Tiffany creation? Office coffee goes luxe with the brand’s cups, styled on classic paper cups, available in sterling silver ($575) or bone china ($95 for two). Plus, cuts and grazes will feel much more prestigious when cleaned and dressed from a silver first aid box ($600).
There’s even a silver ball of yarn, reimagined in handspun strands of textured sterling silver. This limited-edition piece is one of five handcrafted by Tiffany artisans in New York.
