Quake preparedness talk to be held at Chicago PH Consulate Pagkikita

CHICAGO –The Consulate General of the Philippines, the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) and the Chicago Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) are inviting the Filipino American community to the “Ika-26 na Pagkikita sa Konsulado” on Thursday, May 25, at 5:30 p.m., at the Consulate’s Kalayaan Hall located at 122 S. Michigan Avenue, Suite 1600, Chicago. 

Featured presentation is a lecture discussion about earthquake preparedness, response and recovery, and identifying potential hazards and vulnerabilities to reduce the potential damage it can cause.
