Once the exam begins, the corpse begins to reveal an increasingly disturbing series of secrets.

Set in 1971, the film follows Ed and Lorraine Warren, a married pair of paranormal investigators who are summoned to the home of Carolyn and Roger Perron. They then take on a job of protecting a large family from a malevolent presence.

While her school assembles to watch a solar eclipse, Veronica and her friends play with an Ouija board to summon the spirit of Verónica’s father. However, during the session she loses consciousness and soon realizes that demonic forces are all around her.
