2019 Subaru WRX

2019 Subaru WRX

This year we’ve chosen the 2019 Subaru WRX, the ultimate versatile machine, starting at $27,195 we think it’s the best sports car under 30k.  Coming in standard in some versions RWD it has an AWD option; this is one of my favorite selling points of the vehicle. If you live out somewhere that it typically snows, this is all you could ever want and more.  With up to 301 hp and 290 lb of foot torque, this car is designed to flat out dominate corners, through Subaru Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive, Vehicle Dynamics Control with Active Torque Vectoring, Quick-Ratio Steering and Aluminum Front Lower Control Arms, Track-Tuned Suspension.  The performance package includes “Direct-Injection Turbocharged SUBARU BOXER® Engine, Performance Package, High-Performance Brakes, 18-Inch Wheels and Sports Lineartronic® Transmission. 2018 Honda Civic Type R

For years the Honda Civic has been a staple in the car community but in recent years they have decided to bring out the Honda Civic Type R.  This year we’ve picked the 2018 Honda Civic Type R as the best sports car under 40k. Here are some of the performance specs, it has In-Line 4-Cylinder with Turbocharger, a Boost Pressure of 23.2 psi, Displacement Of 1996 cc Horsepower (SAE net) 306 @ 6500 rpm, Torque (SAE net) 295 lb-ft @ 2500-4500 rpm, Redline 7000 rpm, Bore and Stroke 86.0 x 85.9 Compression Ratio 9.8 : 1, Valve Train 16-Valve DOHC VTEC.  It’s indeed a performance machine, exhilarating to drive. Like many other cars, its recommended to use premium fuel and the standard tank is 12.3 gallons, something to bear in mind when looking into this car. Typically with a car like this, the insurance rates might not be as high as other cars in this class because of the safety features and the Honda name. Active safety features include “Vehicle Stability Assist™ (VSA®) with Traction Control*, Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD), Brake Assist, Multi-Angle Rearview Camera* with Dynamic Guidelines, Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)* and LED Daytime Running Lights.
The results and features speak for themselves, the best sports car under 40k.
