BINI’s ‘A Parallel World’ from ‘Forgotten Island’: Release date unveiled

After months of anticipation, BINI fans will soon be able to listen to “A Parallel World” on demand.
The P-pop sensation has confirmed that its original track for DreamWorks Animation’s upcoming film “Forgotten Island” will officially be released on July 23, ending the wait for fans who first heard the song during the group’s Signals World Tour kickoff.
Making the announcement on social media, the official account of the movie shared, “BINI’s original track ‘A Parallel World’ for the DreamWorks Animation film Forgotten Island will be officially released on July 23, 2026, across all digital streaming platforms.”

The video shows scenes from the animated film with the song playing in the background, alongside clips of the BINI members.
Before its official release, “A Parallel World” had only been experienced live. During the opening night of the Signals World Tour, BINI surprised concertgoers by unveiling the song together with its choreography, instantly sparking excitement among Blooms online.
Filipino lineup for ‘Forgotten Island’
The track is part of the official soundtrack of “Forgotten Island,” DreamWorks Animation’s upcoming fantasy adventure that showcases a strong lineup of Filipino and international artists.
Alongside BINI, the soundtrack includes performances from Grammy-winning Filipino American artist H.E.R., Broadway icon Lea Salonga, fellow P-pop powerhouse SB19 and Sophia Laforteza of KATSEYE.
Filipino talent is also prominently featured in the film’s cast. H.E.R. and actress Liza Soberano voice the lead characters, Jo and Raissa, while Salonga joins an ensemble that includes Dolly de Leon, Manny Jacinto, Dave Franco, Jenny Slate and Jo Koy.
The animated feature is slated to premiere in Philippine cinemas on Sept. 23, followed by its US release on Sept. 25.
