A proud trans woman and celebrated designer, Veejay Floresca has been announced as one of the contestants for “Project Runway” Season 21.

Floresca first rose to prominence in the inaugural season of “Project Runway” Philippines. Now, she is set to bring her vision and voice to the international version of the hit fashion competition.
Known for making modern design with wearability and artistic flair, Floresca has also been a strong advocate for trans visibility within the fashion industry.
“Finally, the moment I’ve been waiting for. I’m competing for Project Runway Season 21,” she wrote in a social media post, expressing both gratitude and anticipation for the journey ahead.

The upcoming season of “Project Runway” sees the return of original host Heidi Klum, alongside longtime judge Nina Garcia and fashion stylist Law Roach.
Twelve designers will compete for the coveted title, promising a showcase of bold ideas, unique perspectives and the kind of fashion moments the series is known for.
The show is set to premiere on July 31 and can be seen on Disney+, Hulu and Freeform.
