Fil-Am Miss Universe PH semifinalist grateful for pageant journey

The Miss Universe Philippines 2025 pageant has officially crowned its new queen. She is none other than Ahtisa Manalo of Quezon Province, a pageant veteran who previously placed as first runner-up in Miss International 2018 and recently held the title of Miss Cosmo Philippines 2024.
But among the dazzling contenders vying for the coveted crown, one name also stood out for her undeniable aura – Filipino American candidate Angeleyh Caballero Pasco.
Representing Davao City, Pasco emerged as one of the semifinalists, quickly earning attention as a dark horse in the competition.
With her commanding stage presence, fierce runway walk and modelesque appeal, the Hawai’i-based beauty queen captured the admiration of Filipino fans.
As her Miss Universe Philippines journey came to a close, Pasco took to Instagram to reflect on her experience.

“The journey has finally come to an end. There are no words that can describe my experience at MUPH but I feel beyond blessed. All the sleepless nights, hard work and efforts (were) worth it! This has changed me forever,” she wrote. Expressing gratitude, she acknowledged the many hands that helped shape her performance on the national stage
She thanked her glam team, designers and sponsors from both Davao and Hawai’i, making special mention of her core team.

“To my core Hawaii team @iam_reyg @thereymartdel – I am nothing without the both of you… you two are true masterminds,” she said, calling them like brothers and extending her deepest appreciation for their support and belief in her.
Pasco also paid tribute to the two communities she proudly represented. To Hawai’i, she offered a heartfelt, “Mahalo nui loa for trusting me. It has been a true honor sharing the spirit of Aloha. A Hui Hou”
And to Davao, she warmly said, “Daghang Salamat sa pagdawat og sa pagsuporta. Lahi ra gud ang taga Dabaw.”
