Based on the popular webtoon “Ill-fated Relationship” by Choi Hee-seon, the series kicks off with one man’s desperate move to pay off a dangerous loan shark. That one choice spirals into a web of destruction that ties together six strangers – each dragged into a vortex of crime, guilt and irreversible decisions. No one is left unscathed.
Directed by Lee Il-hyung, “Karma” thrives on its slow-burn tension and gut-punch reveals. Lee brings together a powerhouse cast led by Park Hae-soo of “Squid Game.”
