SB19’s ‘Dam’ clinches No. 1 spot in Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart

They aren’t called the “Kings of P-pop” for nothing as SB19 continue to penetrate the global soundscape as their latest and unexpected comeback single “Dam” reached No. 1 on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart.
The achievement, confirmed by Billboard Philippines, marks a historic moment as SB19 becomes the first Filipino act to top the chart.
The five-member group, composed of Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken and Justin, shared the exciting news with their loyal fanbase, A’TIN, through social media. “You push us to new heights, far beyond what we thought was possible. Thank you A’TIN, for your constant support,” they expressed.

Released on Feb. 28, “Dam” serves as a pre-release track from their highly anticipated EP, “Simula at Wakas,” set to drop in April. The song’s success on the global stage underscores SB19’s growing influence in the international music scene.
Alongside their latest chart-topping hit, SB19 is set to conquer the world once again with their upcoming “Simula at Wakas” World Tour.
The tour will officially kick off on May 31 at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan, marking another milestone for the group as they return to one of the country’s biggest venues.
Following their grand opening, the quintet will embark on an international journey spanning Asia, the Middle East and North America.
Among the confirmed stops, SB19 will take the stage in Taipei on June 29 and Singapore on Aug. 24. North America will also get a taste of P-pop magic as the group performs in major cities, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, Temecula and Honolulu.
Meanwhile, their journey will be further immortalized on the big screen, as their documentary, “Pagtatag!” is set to premiere at the Osaka Asian Film Festival on March 16 and March 25 at Theatre Umeda Cinema 4 in Osaka, Japan.
