As Ramsay’s signature dish, this iconic masterpiece embodies his culinary excellence. A medium rare wagyu beef fillet encased in truffle and mushroom duxelle, it delivers a burst of flavor in every bite.
The dish received high praises from chef and vlogger Ninong Ry. Fresh from joining a Masterchef-inspired event during Ramsay’s visit to Manila, he highlighted the beautiful, lustrous color of the meat.
“It’s red, but it’s legit, it tastes good,” he said in a TikTok review.
