Idol groups have long been a force for positive change, inspiring their fan base to take action and support meaningful causes.

For Aiah Arceta, a member of the nation’s girl group BINI, giving back is a personal mission. Through her “Aiahdvocacy,” the Cebuana idol turns the spirit of the holiday season into a heartfelt tradition.

This “special love club project” sees her visiting various communities and facilities from September to December, spreading joy and support.

In a post on X, BINI Aiah shared the origins of her advocacy, explaining that she was deeply moved by charity initiatives she saw online.

“It honestly started with those videos and photos of different charities that I see all over social media tapos I keep telling myself how I really want to do something like that too.” she wrote. Known for her love of Christmas, she found inspiration in the warmth and generosity the season brings.

Reflecting on her blessings this year, she added, “It feels great to share and to be of service especially na love language ko ay acts of service. So it’s a win win for me.”

The project kicked off in September with a visit to a community in Tondo, Manila, where Aiah offered love and support to people from all walks of life. “Plus, I am lucky and blessed that I have friends, resources, and energy to do all these so why not make the most of it and create something great with it?” she said.
