The core of this Filipino food festival

“Taste of Manila” will highlight not only Filipino cuisine but also community and culture. The nonprofit Society of Philippine Artists, Recreation and Community (SPARC), at the helm of this longest running street festival in Toronto, aims “to introduce Filipino culture and heritage to mainstream Canada.”

The Toronto-based organization also aims to support Filipino entrepreneurs by giving them a platform to exhibit their products.

Additionally, SPARC wants to help their fellow kababayans by creating “an avenue to connect more Filipinos in our continuously growing community,” the nonprofit stated on their website.

Vendor slots are still available. Those interested in showcasing their products may check their social media page for updates.
