Gary V lights up Houston’s ‘TFC Happy Hour’
After radiating his pure energy alongside Black Eyed Peas member Apl.de.Ap for the 126th Philippine Independence Day celebration in Carson on June 8, Gary Valenciano continued the festivities in Texas last Saturday.
The “Hataw Na” performer entertained fans at a similar celebration hosted by Philippine Kalayaan Houston and the Houston Philippine Consulate at the Fort Bend County Epicenter in Rosenberg on June 15.
In an Instagram post, Kapamilya TFC shared a video of Valenciano inviting everyone to join the festivities. The event’s admission was free and kicked off at 12 p.m., with TFC’s Happy Hour starting at 5 p.m.
“We’re celebrating in a different way,” he said, teasing an event that promises to be much more than a traditional Independence Day celebration. “It’s gonna be a celebration with so much added on because we aren’t just celebrating the Independence Day celebration, but it’s also TFC’s 30th year – that’s big!”
Joining the celebration with “Mr. Pure Energy” was Bay Area Fil-Am rapper Nump, who added his unique flair to the occasion.
But the celebrations didn’t stop there in case you missed attending the event. Many more artists will return to the US for “ASAP Natin ‘To” in Ontario, California, on August 3. Among the celebrities performing are Gary Valenciano, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Ogie Alcasid, Erik Santos, Piolo Pascual, Regine Velasquez and Martin Nievera.
Moreover, “ASAP Natin ‘To” ticket holders have the chance to meet the “nation’s girl group” and the biggest P-pop group, BINI, in person.
Tickets must be registered and submitted as an entry at mytfc.com/ASAPFanMeetBINI. The announcement of winners will be on July 1.
This star-studded event promises to be a spectacular show, bringing together some of the biggest names in the Kapamilya network to celebrate TFC’s three decades of bringing Filipino entertainment to the global stage.
