“The holidays just got a lot more magical because Harry Potter #WizardsOfBaking is coming to @foodnetwork & @streamonmax,” they wrote in the caption. “In this new competition show, pastry chefs will craft spellbinding sweet creations inspired by the @wizardingworld of @HarryPotter, all from the legendary sets at @WBTourLondon. We’re toasting with butterbeer to celebrate!”

This show joins the ranks of unscripted Potter-themed hits, following the success of “Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament of Houses,” a quiz show hosted by Helen Mirren.

Delightful treats will be crafted inside The Great Hall at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, along the mystical tracks of Platform 9¾, within the secure walls of Gringotts Wizarding Bank, and in the cozy, homey atmosphere of The Burrow.

How does the competition work? Each week, contestants will have their culinary creations inspired by iconic moments and themes from the wizarding world.

In a press release obtained by PEOPLE, Warner Bros. Discovery Chairman and CEO of US Networks, Kathleen Finch shared, “Holidays are always big at Food Network, and with over 60 hours of holiday programming coming in 2024, and with Harry Potter’s global legions of fans, Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking is certain to entertain and delight the 60M P2+ viewers who come to celebrate the season.”

As if that wasn’t enough to excite Potterheads, there’s also a new scripted series in the works at Max. But for now, “Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking” is set to bring a touch of magic to kitchens everywhere.

Whether you’re a Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, or Slytherin, get ready to be enchanted by bakers who will cast culinary spells and conjure up desserts that look like they’ve come straight out of the wizarding world.
