Miss Universe Philippines Hawai’i seeks next delegates for PH pageants

As the Miss Universe Philippines 2024 coronation approaches, the unveiling of the top five in every challenge offers an enticing preview of who will shine and who might stumble in one of the country’s most esteemed beauty pageants.

But even before the grand coronation night on May 22, the Hawaiian organization announced their search for the next representatives of the Filipino community on the island state, for both the Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines pageants.
The stakes are undeniably high. The Miss Universe Philippines Hawai’i titleholder not only earns the chance to represent Hawai’i in the national stage but also receives a prize package, including a cash reward and an array of sponsored items, capped off by the prestigious sapphire-encrusted “Infinity Crown.”
Similarly, the Miss Philippines Hawai’i titleholder assumes the honor of representing the state in The Miss Philippines pageant, with a prize package comprising a cash prize and various sponsored items, adorned with the illustrious gold-plated encrusted “Prosperity Crown.”
In The Miss Philippines pageant, the country’s representatives for Miss Supranational, Miss Charm, Miss Asia Pacific International, Miss Aura International, Miss Eco-international and Miss Eco Teen Philippines will be selected.
Notably, Northern California’s Blessa Ericha Figueroa was crowned as Miss Asia Pacific International Philippines 2024 while Southern California’s Hanna Reese Uyan is currently the Miss Eco Teen Philippines.
Official contestant applications are now open, requiring personal information and recent headshots. Upon receiving the application, applicants will receive an email detailing more information about the pre-pageant and pageant events.
For this edition of both beauty pageants, contestants from Filipino communities around the world, such as North California, South California, Miami, Australia and the United Kingdom, among others, have joined the roster of candidates.
Furthermore, the island state is also accepting applications for Mister Philippines Hawai’i, offering the titleholder the opportunity to represent Hawai’i at Mister Pilipinas worldwide, with the same set of prestigious prizes awaiting the winner.
