K-pop powerhouse Seventeen is gearing up to mark their ninth anniversary in style, and what better way to celebrate than with a career-spanning greatest hits collection!

The 13-member group has set the stage for a monumental release, unveiling plans for their highly anticipated album titled “17 Is Right Here.” Since the official announcement on April 2, fans worldwide, affectionately known as Carats, have been eagerly anticipating its official release on April 29.

To heighten anticipation, the group has teased snippets of the tracklist. The album’s physical edition, spanning two discs, offers a compilation of their iconic hits since then.

The first CD includes Korean renditions of their eight Japanese singles alongside undisclosed tracks, while the second disc is a compilation of 20 chart-toppers, spanning their career from the breakout hit “Adore U” to the recent sensation “God of Music.”

In anticipation of the album drop, Seventeen is also gifting fans with music videos for four new tracks. Kicking off the lineup is the title track “Maestro,” set for simultaneous release with the album on April 29. Notably, they’ve integrated artificial intelligence into the music video teaser for this track.

Following suit, the hip-hop unit, composed of S.Coups, Wonwoo, Mingyu and Vernon, will showcase their offering “LALALI” on May 10.

May 17 will mark the release of the performance team’s music video for their unit song “Spell,” featuring Hoshi, Jun, The8 and Dino.

Closing the series, the vocal unit, led by Woozi, Jeonghan, Joshua, DK and Seungkwan, will captivate Carats with “Cheers to Youth” on May 24.

Adding to the excitement, the album has already garnered an impressive 3,087,613 stock pre-orders as of April 22, according to the group’s album distributor, YG Plus.

Recently, Seventeen dominated the K-pop scene, with their 2023 album sales ranking as the best-selling in the genre. Their achievement was further solidified by becoming the most pre-ordered LP in K-pop history, earning them their first IFPI Global Album Award.
