Olivia Rodrigo, Noah Kahan’s covers of each other’s hits set for vinyl release
When you’re an Olivia Rodrigo fan, there’s definitely no chill as exciting announcements unfold one after another.
In perfect timing with the kick-off of her Guts world tour in the US, Filipino American pop sensation Rodrigo and singer-songwriter Noah Kahan have announced a special joint release for Record Store Day 2024.
The duo will be dropping a limited-edition 7” vinyl featuring covers of each other’s tracks, recorded live from the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge.

Taking to Instagram to share the thrilling news, the “Vampire” songstress expressed her anticipation, stating, “‘Stick Season’/‘Lacy’ – FROM THE @bbcradio1 LIVE LOUNGE is being released for #RecordStoreDay2024 on 4.20!!” alongside a photo of herself and Kahan.
The collaboration marks a fusion of their talents, with the “Drivers License” artist offering her rendition of Kahan’s breakout hit “Stick Season” on Side A, while Kahan offers his interpretation of Rodrigo’s fan-favorite “Guts” on Side B. Both tracks were originally performed during their appearances on BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge.
The vinyl is set for release on April 20 through Geffen/Mercury/Republic, exclusively available at participating independent record stores.
The award-winning Fil-Am singer has just finished her first show for her 2024 world tour in Palm Springs, California on Feb. 23, where she wrote, “most exciting love-filled night! thank you so much to everyone who came out.”

Olivia Rodrigo has also finished performing in three other cities and is set to embark on her Dallas, Texas concert on March 1, New Orleans on March 2 and more dates.

Meanwhile, Kahan will also be embarking on his “We’ll All Be Here Forever Tour” in North America, kicking off in Vancouver on March 26.
