Ylona Garcia teams up with Valkyrae, Fuslie for new song release
We’re completely “not” excited for this collaboration—because we’re absolutely thrilled for “Echoes.”
Days before the official release today, Feb. 23, the Filipino US-based artist Ylona Garcia gave us a sneak peek into the music video, featuring popular gaming streamers Valkyrae (who also has Filipino roots) and Fuslie.

Sharing behind-the-scenes photos on Instagram, the “Entertain Me” hitmaker teased the video shoot where she posed alongside Rae and Leslie. And here’s the kicker—the collaboration is made possible through 100 Thieves, a lifestyle brand and gaming organization co-owned by Valkyrae herself.
After involving fans in selecting the album cover for the song, the Pinoy Big Brother 737 runner-up has finally revealed the chosen design.

She shared the news and the photo with her followers, saying, “And now, we’ve finally gotten to our FINAL album cover! Thank you all very much for joining us on this journey of figuring out our totally not but totally official album cover for our song, Echoes!”
The music video is already out now and the song can be streamed on all music platforms.
To add to the excitement, the “Vibin” singer and Fuslie hosted a live session on Twitch and YouTube where they interacted with fans, answered some questions and played Valorant with the new 100 Thieves skins.
The song, “Echoes,” delves into themes of inner struggle and loneliness, as one battles with recurring thoughts and inner demons. They feel distant and disconnected, with echoes calling them from afar, symbolizing a longing for connection amid the turmoil.
The “Oh Pag-ibig” singer-songwriter’s involvement in the eSports industry is not a novelty. Back in 2022, she dipped her toes with Riot Games, an American video game developer, for a special project. They did a single to serve as the theme song for the launch of a new Filipino agent in the widely acclaimed first-person shooter game, Valorant.
The Filipino actress is now based in the US and signed under the music label 88rising, which also represents talents like Niki and GOT7’s Jackson Wang.
