Born out of a genuine concern for her family’s (and Filipinos’) heart health, Chio-Lauri’s culinary journey began with a mission rooted in her experiences of living in countries where Filipino ingredients were scarce.

This journey inspired the creation of “We Cook Filipino,” a cookbook designed to bridge the gap between indulgent Filipino cuisine and heart-conscious living.

Chio-Lauri’s dedication to promoting healthy Filipino cuisine doesn’t end with “We Cook Filipino” though.
