Island Pacific Market signed a long-term lease for 2900 Alemany Blvd. in the city’s Outer Mission neighborhood, home to many Filipino Americans and immigrants.
It will occupy the 33,910-square-foot building previously used by a Chinese supermarket.
The chain offers Filipino food ingredients, deli and butcher items and its kitchen-produced brand Philhouse authentic home-cooked Filipino meals.
